CHALLENGE

Following the plans provided dropping down the existing kitchen while keeping the roof structure in place was a huge challenge. The Idea was to turn the deck area and kitchen into a big kitchen and living area overlooking the pool. While in keeping with the current look and feel of the home.

SOLUTION

Once spending time with the Building Consultants required we came up with a plan and what structural items where needed to complete the works.

RESULT

The area off the back completely changed, It was great to prepare dinner while the kids played in the pool.
